HYC check in - 193.8
I'm up a bit this week, but I've been PMSing pretty badly and craving salty stuff. I've been getting some walks in, need to get the weight-lifting done.

PMS cravings are the worst! I'm a huge salty fan, too, but sadly the salty stuff tends to be high fin calories.
