Tuesday weigh in
Ugh. Judging by my crabby mood and craving for anything chocolate, I'm going to assume my maintenance of last week's number is water weight because of hormones. Bleah. But keeping up the water intake and workouts. Eating habits aren't too terribly bad. Got the "allowed chocoate" of the Abs Diet, York peppermint patties and Dove dark chocolate minis. Made a grocery run and added recommended foods to my pantry. Trying to follow the pattern of eating every three hours, but sometimes I forget because I'm NEVER hungry! I really like this plan. Thinking about ordering the book for women to see if it has some extra tips.

I'm partial to chocolate myself. ;) Good job on maintaining!
Congrats on maintaining.
Thanks for stopping by. Looks like you had already gotten started before the challenge--me to.
We have to remember what we were when a week goes by with nothing showing on the scale.
You didn't gain--so you didn't to "bad".
Keep up the good work. I am actually taking back off 12 that I had lost before Christmas. So that is 5.5 down of that 12. Once I get those back then I will move on to new territory.
We can do this. My goal right now--14's. I can get in them--but comfort is not the word. I don't care for anyone to know the full outline of my butt. :)
So let's keep going!
Thanks for stopping by at my blog. Words or encouragement always make one feel better.
Your plan to eat every three hours to prevent yourself form needless snacking is a great one. They do say that the best defense is a good offense.
My goal is to drink enough water. That's my weak point. Good luck this week!
I like that idea of eating every three hours - I think I'll pick up that book myself. Thanks for sharing!
GO SPURS GO!
(Two days till tip-off)
Good job on the maintaining. It's better than gaining. Maybe I'll look into the Abs diet.
The important part on eating every 3 hours is WHAT you are eating. The Abs Diet gives you foods that will help BURN fat. I can't recommend it highly enough.
I know it's getting to be that time, I'm starting to feel like total crap. :-P My back cramps are NOT fun. Time to get out the shaper ball.
Hang in there, Mama June. We can do this! And, when we're tired of it and don't want to do it any longer, we just care for our bodies as He would have us do.
You rock!
(((hugs)))
Any diet that includes Dove Dark Chocolate is one I can get behind.Yum!! The abs diet sounds very interesting. Congrats on maintaining too!!
hey, at least you maintained!
Congratulations on hanging in there, even with the period starting soon. That was my hardest week so far.
Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting, too. I'm glad you got a smile out of it :)
Good job on maintaining! I crave chocolate too, it's my weakness!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for your encouraging words.
Congrats on your maintaining. Have a great week
