Butter arms?

Got this in my daily email from LHJ

When you think of push-ups, images of bellowing drill sergeants and groaning army privates may cross your mind. But this old-fashioned exercise shouldn't be intimidating at all -- it's an excellent way to build your upper body strength and tone your arms and shoulders, too. Imagine how great you'll look in tank tops! Now, give me 10!

How to do a push-up for maximum benefit.

Oh yeah, I've been doing push ups. They are challenging for me, but they really are making a difference. I have muscles again! :-)

I have 140 MORE pounds to lose (down 30 so far).. lol, pushups? are you kidding me? Hope they work for you. I would love to be able to do pushups again.
