Getting back on track

What a good time to get a new start! I'm back up to 200lbs, so I definitely need a kick start! Took about 5 hours searching for my Bender Ball dvds yesterday and FINALLY found them. Got some sorting and organizing down in the process! :-) Did the core workout last night, then again this morning. Off to walk on the treadmill. Will be checking in again with the Healthy You Challenge.
