Did walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. Then in the evening, did tango for 50 minutes or so. One of the gals at the dance class asked if I'd lost weight. I told her I've actually gained 10 pounds lately. I guess the clothes you wear really makes a difference. ;-)
