HYC Check in - 179.8

181.2 I've been maintaining for the most part, which is good since I haven't been as active as I should and I've been doing some comfort eating. :-P

Edit on Tuesday - today's weight is down to 179.8. Woohoo! Let's see if I can keep it in the 70's and get a little lower.

Look at it as a .2 loss! I know what you mean about the stress eating. I have had to kick myself in the butt lately.

That is great news - maintaining is a feat in and of itself, but getting into the 170's is phenomenal. I cant wait to see you go even lower :)
