HYC Check in - 181.4

Thankfully, the scale has continued to go down in small increments all week. Today's weight is 181.4. Yay! I haven't been getting enough exercise in, but today is the start of a new week, right? :-) Maybe I'll even get my bike out a few times this week, though I am hosting our scrapbooking week. If I get to bed early enough, maybe I can ride in the morning before anyone gets here if it isn't too cold. Our highs do not get out of the 50's this week and for Wed, 39 is the forecasted high! Looks like snow is likely starting Tuesday night and all the rest of the week. Not time for the shorts and flip flops just yet. All of the clothes I was wearing in Texas got put in the spare room closet!

Tuesday morning - the low clouds are moving down our mountain. Rain/Snow likely tonight and tomorrow.

Oh, and I didn't post about it here, but I got a wicked virus on my laptop right before we came back from Texas. My son's friend fixed it for me, but had to wipe my hard drive. One thing that really urks me is losing all of my pedometer data for the past year. Sigh. I had almost everything else backed up. Totally forgot about that. Did have to reenter 4 months of transactions in my Quicken accounts, too. What a PAIN!

Word of warning, if someone tells you there's a website where people can see your address, income level and other personal data and that you need to go and get yourself removed from that site, DON'T LISTEN! If they are nearby, punch them in the face!

Small increments are always good. Whatever keeps the scale moving downward. Thanks for the support on my blog. I wonder why it went to March. It's the generic blog site. See if this works here. Maybe it's just the HYC site.

Great job getting the weight back down again! Exercising more will really help!
Know that you're always in my thoughts and prayers!
Psalm 86:11-13a Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name. I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore. For great is thy mercy toward me...

I feel so much better when I bother squeezing in exercise. It doesn't always seem to show on the scale for me, but I'm trying to not be so wrapped up in that number as much :)

(And I think you just set a new record for fastest comment ever! I had JUST hit "post blog" and then I had your comment!!! NICE!)

Seriously?!? Was it that website that's like the part of a bike wheel? (Don't want to send anyone there unnecessarily.) Eep! Sorry you lost your pedometer info. :(

Have had a lot of friends to go that site and haven't heard of any problems.
What I've done to keep track of the miles I've walked is put it in a note on my yahoo email account. Might save it somewhere else, too. I don't want to lose it, either. Have walked almost 2500 miles since April 6, 2008...

Praying right now!
Isaiah 30:18-19 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.

:S I hate scams. And viruses. And scams that lead to viruses . . .

Glad you are doing so well with your weight loss thought!

Congrats on the loss! And that is a bummer about your data being wiped out. Darn!
