Brutal

Ugh, I'm not even going to count this week. Just got home last night and I'm going to wait until my body adjusts to the altitude and I'm back in my routine before an official weigh in. :-P

It doesn't help that I have a splitting headache this morning. That could be due to the altitude change. Feeling it in the sinuses, too. Tomorrow will be better.

You hang in there, Babe! We are on the marathon, no? :) Thanks for your encouragement. And, Lord, please cover my friend, June. Remind her how much You love her and that she can do anything because of You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Can I just tell you that I laughed out loud at your Mr. Linky entry?? Who of us hasn't felt "EEEEEK" when we've stepped on the scales? Love, love, love it! LOL!

You will recover this week. You can do it. Good luck!!

My time out of town messed me up too--next week we will both be better.
You are still in the game and that is what matters.

Thank you for stopping by my place today. I do covet your prayers~thank you. I've had many surgeries, but they are always scary. I will pray for your husband too as he gets his new hip. After my first one I will have the other one done, probably in September too.

I'll be praying for you today that you start feeling better. In Him, Amy

I am not a fan of scales- they are too finicky and I prefer to measure or try on clothing to see if there is a difference. Thanks for the encouragement on my post. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hoping you're feeling better and feel back on track soon--life is full of ups and downs (literally and figuratively!)
