OK, my weight was back down a bit - to 205 today so I'm less than one pound up from last week. (It was over 207 yesterday morning.) :-P I definitely feel better today, too. Headache is gone and I did my workout this morning. Went to the grocery store and stocked up on good foods, too.

Hey, my weight was DOWN to 207 after my 10 mile walk on Saturday! (perspective is everything, huh?) Of course, I think that was dehydration, in part, although I drank plenty of water, I thought. It's back UP to 209 today, which is DOWN from 212 last week. Dontcha love this roller coaster ride?! ;-)
Good job June! As you read on my weight loss blog, I've been having a terrible time trying to eat right lately. At least I only had a 1.5 lb gain for the week. I'm right at 210. Again. haha...
LOL, I am just now at 220, but plan to be joining you soon! Take care. Ten miles is really something!
I meant that last sentence to Jennifer, the ten miles thing.
Up and down, up and down. Stories of our lives! Down again to 204.4 this morning, so .2 loss since last week's weigh in. I'm happy with that!
July issue of Prevention magazine has another good article about belly fat. I know that's MY bane as a "closing on 50'er" :-D OK, I'm picking it up every month anyway, might as well subscribe! They really do have good stuff in this mag and it's well worth the price!
Hang in there girl! It is such a constant roller coaster of numbers and emotions! Try to stay positive...we are all in this with you! Have a blessed week!
This is the blog addy you left when you told me how to do the black and white photo with the colored flower. . . I jsut wanted to say thanks for responding to my query about the process. I hope to try it one day but I don't own Photoshop so maybe one day. . .
Thanks again!
That's really good after being gone! I almost always gain when I go to my mom's. I picked up this month's Prevention too- I'll have to check out the Abs Diet.
up, down, up, down it's all the a great big headache isn't it. i guess the point is to just keep at it.
i'm in san antonio, did your cousin go to a brain based teaching conference? that's where i got the visual DNA from.
Not sure, z. She put the visual DNA thing up on her blog with no explanation! I'll have to ask her.
Paulie, you don't have to have Photoshop - you can do it in other programs, too. Like I said, my daughter did it in Gimp - which is a free download.
You're back in the saddle again. :) It's so hard--I won't pretend it isn't, but you can do it, MBJ!
Oh, also--I have the belly fat, too! I always say that, other than my top shelf, I'm made like a man, complete with great legs, a flat butt, a gut, and back fat. :P
Good for you! Isn't it great knowing that you are losing the weight. Congrats on the 10% that is wonderful. Keep up the fantastic work!
