Tuesday weigh-in

Ugh. Hit with a killer headache this morning and I know it was something I ate last night. Went to a Homemade Gourmet party and the food was yummy. I just sampled stuff, didn't overeat or anything. But I'm up about a pound this week - bleah. Guess it was the extra weight I was expecting last week.

Need to start figuring out what to pack for my trip to England this weekend. I think the worst part will be on the plane since they don't let you carry on water. I drink so much and get soooo dehydrated when flying. The little cups the flight attendants give you last me all of 10 seconds. :-P

Oh, I hope you have sooo much fun in Jolly Old England. I lurrrrve visiting England! My suggestion is to buy as big a water bottle as you can afford right after security, and then try to keep filling it during your flight (either at the galley after you make friends with the flight attendants :) ), or as they come around with those pitiful cups of water, just fill away.

Good for you for taking a great water drinking habit with you. Blessings on your trip.

Don't worry about the extra pound, I know its frustrating though.

Have fun in England!! Sounds like an awesome trip - I don't fly so I don't know about the little cups and such :)

I hope you have a great trip! And maybe like the time zone change you will leave that pound plus more on the other side of the world!

Enjoy your trip, and do not worry about that little bitty pound.

I'm sure I will leave lots of pounds in England. Hopefully some of them will be weight pounds and not all money pounds! ;-)

Good idea on the water bottle, Gretchen. If they let you carry empty ones, I can just bring one from home.

Did you get my e-mail? And when I flew recently they would let you carry on a clear bag of a certain size with bottles of liquids in - the bottles could be no more than 100ml in and if they were bigger bottles part filled they were not accepted. The clear bag had to fit in your flight luggage tho.

Thanks for the comment and the prayers - it means a lot.

Maybe you could get some of that dehydrated water? Sorry, I couldn't resist that one.

I hope that your trip is wonderful, enjoy every second of it. I have never been out of the US. Take care, be careful!!

Have a wonderful trip!

One pound isn't too bad. Just get back on track with your diet and you'll lose it quickly.
