Tuesday Weigh in! :-D

I'm so happy! Today's weight is 202.6 - down 3.2 from last week. WOOT! I've FINALLY started journaling what I'm eating. Yeah, I'm slow sometimes. LOL Seems to be helping. "Do I really want to write down these chocolates in my journal?" Even though no one else sees it, it stops me!

WEDNESDAY WEIGH-IN - 202.0 WOOT! Doing the happy feet dance! (Anyone seen the LaQuinta ad with the dorky guy in 50's dress dancing? That's ME today!) ;-)

Congratulations!! I think I'm going to have to start that again, too. For a while, I was recording everything I ate and emailing it daily to a friend of mine, who's also struggling with weight loss. It was hard to be honest, but it was definitely incentive to have less to write! Thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement.

I'm back up to 206.6 today. Those long walks make it harder to lose weight I think. During the walk I drink lots of water and eat salty snacks, and after them I am starving. Erg. At least I'm bouncing between 203 and 206 now instead of 206 and 209.

Proud of you! Thanks for hopping over. I've maintained my 10 lb loss in April, and lost even a couple more, but really haven't committed to the program for about a month. I'll weigh in tomorrow and post it (late). Thanks for the check in and accountability. I hate it when Big goes to China, so I"m thinking of you with your hubby's trip to Korea. They're so awesome that we like to have them HERE! :)

That's awesome, June! WEIGH to go!! LOL! Amazing what a difference journaling can make and yet how hard it can be to actually do! Go fiture. I know if I'd journal it would help enormously.

Hi Mama June,Congrets on your weight.Do you follow Weight Watchers??? It really helps to write everything down in front of you .I jump on my scales everyday and it will make my day or break it..I need to hide them.I also need to throw out all snack foods and get more inspiration to change myself.Have a wonderful week.
