I need to start doing my weigh-ins on Thursday or Friday. Those seem to be the days when I weigh the least! :-)
I'm counting Sunday's weight this time - 201.8, down 1.4lb since last Tuesday's weigh-in, up .8 since Thursday. It's weird because I ate VERY little this weekend as we were attending a pistol shooting class and I had so little TIME to eat! Could be I'm just retaining water since I drank TONS as the classroom was not air-conditioned and we spent all day Sunday out in the sun at the range. Check my family blog if you want to see how well I shoot! ;-) Not quite as good as my husband, but considering it was only my 2nd time to EVER shoot a pistol, I'm quite pleased with myself.

Got this in my email today:
Mmmm...what you wouldn't give for a creamy, decadent milk shake, so thick you can barely sip it through a straw. Well, we've got some shakes that might satisfy your craving. These fruit shakes are creamy, thick, and decadent, too. But they're also low in calories and rich in essential vitamins and nutrients. So go ahead and satisfy your sweet tooth.

One more note - decided to change my ticker marker to a turtle since I've been slow and steady with loss. ;-)

For some strange reason, I seem to sabotage myself and binge on Monday nights -- right before weigh-in. Maybe I'll have to just start weighing myself daily and take the average over the week as my weekly reported weight!
I'm very impressed with your choice of activities. How cool is that?! I'm off to your family blog to read more...
I think that my low weights are over the weekends too, in fact I believe that tuesday is the worst day for me, LOL.
I don't want to get you mad, you have guns!! Eek!
I hope that you have an excellent weekend and lots of fun. I see that you visit each and every person on Tales from the Scales and offer encouragement. You are really wonderful!! Thanks for being so supportive!
It's OK, Jan. We learned that the first step is to AVOID confrontation. Guns are never the first step unless your life is in imminent danger. ;-) The law-abiding citizens who carry guns are the people you want around you! :-D
Thanks for the link to the shake recipes. I love the turtle, and we know that slow and steady always wins the race. And, I'm with Jan B. Thanks for all your encouragement.
I must add my thanks in for all the encouragement, how on earth do you find the time?! My weight fluctuates a lot over the week and also throughout the day too.
I TRY not to weigh myself except on Weigh-In Day, so I wouldn't know for sure. But I am with you, take the weight you want to (or that you feel is more representative of your real weight)! Have a good week!
it seems the last 15 pounds are kicking my butt! i am determined! i really am! love your blog!
You are just plugging along and that is great. I always try to remember that slow and steady wins the race...perfect turtle! Have a great week!
