Wednesday weigh in
Well, my weight stubbornly refuses to go below 190 again. 190.0 was my weight yesterday. So that's down .2 from last week. Big whoop. Wasn't a great weekend for eating. Haven't missed any days of exercising other than taking the usual Sunday off.
Isn't it incredibly annoying how some people can just drop weight without really thinking much about it? And why do those people always have to be our spouses?!
I know I'm feeling better and developing better self-control, so I know this will stand me in good stead in the long run, but it's sure not as immediately gratifying as going on a diet either! In a way it's harder to stick to because there aren't instant results, but at the same time, I'm convinced the results will be permanent so that's my incentive.
Congrats on the loss. I had to log a gain. I have got to get back on track. Luckily with the weather warming up a bit I can get outside with the kids and get some exercise.
