HYC check-in - 184.6

Got back from San Antonio and with all the eating out, the damage wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. My body is still adjusting to the climate/altitude change. Time to get completely back into my routine. Did lots of walking in Texas, but very little weight lifting or abs work on the ball. I FELT like I'd gained a lot of weight and my rings were tight with bloating. Hate Texas.

Me too. *sigh* Wish you weren't going.
Glad it wasn't as bad as you thought it could be...
Just think about visiting the dolphins.

One of the things I've figured out is that the damage is rarely as bad as I fear it will be.

I'm sorry you're not happy about Texas, and I'm hopeful that will change, in time.

Thanks for your sweet comment! :) I'm trying not to rush but man I miss walking!
I hope you can slide back into your routine easily...sorry Texas and you didn't get along.

Bloating is horrid, isn't it? I'm sure you'll adjust in no time, though! (And I hope your Ghostwalk book is even half as good as mine!)

That's great that you had "less damage" than you thought. Hopefully your body will adjust to the altitude soon.

Texas is hard because I hear all their platters at restaurants are HUGE! I haven't been there, but a friend told me about it. Good luck in getting back into your routine.
