Healthy You Update 183.8

Up a bit from last week. I feel the PMSing comin' on. Starting to crave all things salty (and mini powdered sugar donuts!) :-) Did get 5 days of exercise in last week, so I'm definitely happy about that. Need to get some more sleep! I've really felt wiped out lately. Might help if I didn't stay up so late. Will try to work on that this week.

Don't you just hate that time of the month? I just took a look at your stats and realized you were 5'11. When I saw 183 lbs I thought,"No way, she cannot possibly weigh that much because she looks so skinny" Now I see that you are very tall. I wish I was taller to stretch some of this fat out. lol

Yes that's what I'm going through this week too. I can feel that I'm having more cravings, right AFTER my meals too!

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research on this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I'm very glad to see such wonderful information being shared freely out there.
