Tuesday Weigh-In

Yuck. I'm up a pound (205.8) and have not been feeling well. So bleah, bleah, bleah.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. That always makes it so much harder to stick with ANY plan -- especially eating well and exercising. At least for me it works that way. Wishing you a speedy recovery to health and a great upcoming weight-loss week!!
