Wednesday weigh in

Oh, bad, bad, bad! I miscalculated yesterday. It is more than 2 lbs up. 201.2 is today's weight (down .2 from yesterday.) :-P Back to good habits, though. I have continued to be active and lifting weights regularly so maybe the increase is muscle weight.

Do you ever take measurements? I have to do that to be sure if I have gained or not. Take care and have a wonderful week!

I'm with you on the bouncing up and down, girlfriend. I think our weights are somehow linked, so you start losing weight, and maybe I will too! ;-)

(Or I could just lay off the Mexican and Chinese takeout. Ha!)

Sometimes we focus too much on pounds. And you're right, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you've been using weights, that's a definite possibility. Are your clothes fitting differently?

Chin up! I agree with Jan--check out your measurements. Muscle really does weigh more than fat!

I agree with everyone else, are your clothes fitting differently? Sounds, like a decent lifestyle, with excercise and diet, keep on keepin on.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. I was curious as to what the Abs diet is. I have heard of it, but have not actually "investigated" what it entails. I haven't followed a diet plan yet. I'm just snacking alot less, and paying better attention to what I'm eating. I know that I will need to do more at some point.

I agree with the others... muscle weighs more than fat! If you hiked over 5 miles... good grief that's something to be proud of!! That's something I could not do right now at my present weight. Keep on keepin' on!

It's gotta be muscle. You're doing so well and living so healthy, what else could it be? :) Have a great week!
