I'm a day late. Yesterday my son had surgery and we came home the same day after everything went well. Yay!
My weight is up, but my period just started so I'm not going to fret over it. Next week will be better! :-D
Currently loosely using the Flat Belly Diet plan. A healthy way of eating for LIFE!

I'm glad your son's surgery went well! I hope he recovers quickly.
Aunt Flo can wreak havoc on the #'s. I'm experiencing the same thing myself right now. I love your positive spin on the facts--it will be better. :)
