Getting back on track

I am back into good habits. Last week was weird and I had a huge bump up in weight. So I'm giving my body time to adjust and figure out what it's doing. I did have some extra eating, but not seven pounds worth! :-) I feel like I'm trying to come down with something or maybe it's just allergies with the ever-changing weather at this time of year. Hitting it with essential oils and supplements. Actually, I was out of a few supplements for about a week, maybe that's what messed up my body.

That's a huge gain. It sounds as though something caused inflammation.

I know that many people who are sensitive to wheat have gains like this when they have a small serving of bread or cake. It can be so difficult to track down the culprit.

Hope you lose it as quickly as it jumped onto you.

Yeah- Something other than food probably caused that gain. What supplements do you take?

ADHS for adrenals, ALJ for allergies, Bio-Mega 3 Fish Oil, Magnesium malate, Energy B, Vitamin C, Iron, natural progesterone cream and Vitamin D. Metagest for digestion, too. I was taking Thyrostim (iodine) but am taking a break at the request of the cardiologist. Maybe. I might give my doc a call and consult with her. I think doing without THAT might be really messing with me. It's been over a month I haven't taken that, so I'm kind of wondering if that's catching up with me. Stupid cardiologist. I've been using some essential oils, too.
