Wednesday weigh-in

A little disappointed today after Sunday's low of 194.4. I'm counting yesterday's 195.4 for my official weigh-in. So that is down 1.6 since last week, total 5.6 for the challenge. So I get my 5 lb button. Yay. Measurements are all THE SAME! As hard as I've been working and eating well, that ticks me off a LOT. Changing my workout to bands.

Keep moving. That will up your metabolism and burn more calories! That's always a good thing!

You are moving right along!! Unfortunately with weight loss, efforts and results are often a little out of sync....keep up the good work and you will continue to see results!

You are doing a fantastic job and I know how annoying it is fluxuating so much. The great thing is that you are still losing each week and that rocks. I really want to get on an exercise routine, but I am just so darn exhausted at the end of the night. Keep up the great work and thanks for the fitness tip.

I know it is disappointing to see the scale not cooperating, but it's just a fleeting thing. It will pass. I know it will!

I hear you, when you work hard you want to see results. But you will, just be patient even though its hard.

Congratulations!!! I guess I'm still just in the wishful thinking phase because I've been with Tales from the middle of July and haven't earned a 5-lb button yet!! Dang. Must get off my butt this week. You're doing awesome!

Hey 5 pounds is GREAT! Losing weight is definitely NOT easy (trust me, I know!!!), but keep pressing on!!!

I have found that Tae-Bo works best for me! Not everyone likes it but, it is one thing that I can do. I like it because you can really feel that you did something with each workout AND you see the results almost immediately (esp. if you give it all you've got).
And the first place I notice a change is around my ribcage and waist!

However, everyone loses weight at different rates...so don't give up! We are you cheerleaders!!!
