Down .6 to 192.4. Haven't started back exercising yet. I was going to on Monday, but ended up coughing more and I had a killer headache.
Will be busy today getting ready for my son's trip to the hospital tomorrow for surgery. His medi-port is being switched to the other side of his chest. We're hoping that the most it will be is an overnight stay. I'll have time there to log on and check in with everyone if I don't get to it today.

Just wondering, how exactly does the Abs diet work? What are they telling you to eat, that is.
I would love to see my abs again! I can see my obliques from doing Tae-Bo, but I have always had a little pooch where my "baby pouch" is...of course, I am always nursing or pregnant so that is expected, but when I tried to diet only without exercise, my weight would NOT come off.
I would be interested in knowing more! BTW, great progress...you know the saying goes, "Slow and Steady wins the race!!!"
