I'm up a pound. But I'm not going to freak out about it. I had a couple of good meals this weekend and they were enjoyable. Back into healthy habits. :-)
Plus, I had to get up early this morning to do the treadmill before I went to get a root canal done, so I usually weigh a little more when I don't get as much sleep.

Isn't it the truth that lack of sleep can really interfere with eating??? I hate that! LOL

Ow! I hate root canals and I have had about eight so far. I hope to never have another, but I doubt that I will get that lucky.
Oh no, a root canal! At least you go your exercising in, I think I would have been too nervous (frighten) to do so before having a root canal.
hey I wouldnt worry about the pound, you know you can get that off. wish you luck with the root canal and hopefully not much pain!
Ugh! A root canal? Now you've got me thinking about my appointment today with my oral surgeon. I have a consult to have my wisdom teeth out! I hope you get the results your looking for next week!

You will get that off in no time!! ; ) OUch on the root canal! I had one done in the military and they messed up and tried a 2nd time to redo it and STILL didn't get it right, so I went to an outside dentist and he finally got the root canal done properly lol. I feel your pain!
