Well, I'm down a pound from last week, but up 2 from 2 weeks ago! 194.4 today. I've started walking on the treadmill and am striving for an Exercise Streak. Went to the chiropractor again today. My neck was getting pretty sore again.
And let's not let our resolutions morph in this way!

Thanks for the info on the Abs Diet...I have also been entertaining the idea of doing the raw foods diet...mostly fruits & such, but I am not convinced of that diet yet....and it would not be an ongoing thing....
However, the Abs Diet seems to be much more attainable...can't wait to get the book! I think it would be a diet that I could stick with forever!!!
I also eat many of the foods it already suggests...I am BIG on flax seeds, fat free yogurt, skim milk, lean meats, green leafy lettuces...etc., etc., etc.
Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you! We are moving soon and I have been one busy lady!!!

BTW...congrats on your weight loss, the holidays can be hard on your progress...my secret...live 1000 miles away from ALL family...actually, I would rather be with my family during the holidays!
