Here's an interesting article from the Prevention Magazine website - Dark Chocolate and Antioxidants

every single day I have 1-2 Nestles Dark Chocolate with Almonds (double the health punch) Nuggets. 45 calories each. I unwrap, close my eyes, and spread it out over 3-4 bites. PURE HEAVEN. :)

Great article - and not just because I happen to have two Dove Dark Chocolate Promises every evening, lol!

I actually tried the Scharffen Berger dark chocolate and didn't like it nearly as well as the Dove - good thing, as it's pretty spendy!

I'm taking a wee break from my daily dose of medicinal dark chocolate in favor of the Dove peppermint chocolate. :)

I work with DOVE Chocolate and enjoy having at least one chocolate a day as well! You definitely have the right idea when it comes to eating small quantities of of dark chocolate a day...anti-oxidants are good for you. It's also good to know that you don't have to sacrifice the sweeter things in life. Check it out the other DOVE Dark Chocolate products.http://bit.ly/6CAXiT

I love budgeting a daily dose of Dove Dark Chocolate promises into my calorie allotment! I just ran out a few days ago. But yum, antioxidants are soooo tasty. ;)

My friend and I were recently discussing about how technology has become so integrated in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory becomes cheaper, the possibility of downloading our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I dream about all the time.
