I'm counting my weight BEFORE my period started. I'm ignoring the scale until it's over! :-D I got down to 200.2 on Friday before all the bloating started, so that's 1.6 down from last Tuesday. Yay!

Good for you!! I never used to have problems with 'water weight,' but in recent months, it's definitely become a factor for me, too.
Good work! Keep it up! And pre-time-of-the-month weight is the only weight to count!!

Have a great week and way to go on the weight! Could you explain the weigh everyday thing in more detail? I've been doing that the last few days and it is interesting but I didn't really understand they why behind it.
Good job! I'm not reporting my weight until after the walk, although I'm very pleased I haven't gained another few pounds considering the way I've been eating lately. Do you think it's nerves or do you think my body just knows something major is coming up and it's driving me to eat eat eat?
