That's the GREATEST! I would highly suggest trying to find a bike club in your area ... they ALL have beginner rides and you might just get addicted like I am!
And, even if you can't find a club, just get out there and ride! I find it's the best time just to be alone with my thoughts and taking care of me.

I rode a bike yesterday just around our hilly block and I'm surprised I could get up this morning. My thighs were burning!!
