Weigh in - 191.2

After getting up to almost 195 this past week, back down to 191.2. Whew! I don't care if my rib does still hurt, I'm getting back into the exercise habit. Too long of resting is not helping me. Did my treadmill this morning for 30 minutes, then took my husband to his physical therapy appointment. He's doing really well after his total hip replacement.

I admire anyone who can exercise first thing in the morning. I would love to be able to do that.

Congratulations on your loss and glad your hubby is recuperating nicely.

That is a big loss!

Congrats on the bike :)

P.S. How could you possibly have been married for 20 years, you look too young for all of that!

Thanks for your comment!
WELL DONE on the weight loss!!

Sorry to read about your hubby having to go through surgery. I know what you mean about other pain distracting your hub from his messed up arm because my sore tail bone has distracted me from my arm too.

Oh! CONGRATULATIONS on winning the bike!!! FAB!!!

Hugs x

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am glad your husband is doing good. Almost two years ago my husband broke his pelvic bone. I know it's a long road to recovery. Also, congrats on the loss.

hi there,
This is my first visit to your blog. I'm Sandra from New Zealand and I enjoyed looking at your blog. I lost 21kgs last year and have gained some back which disappoints me greatly. The older you get the harder it is to get off.
I'm a homeschooling Mum too. I have six children but the oldest three are married. We also have 4 grandchildren.
My 16 yo daughter goes to college (where my husband teaches) but I homeschool our two youngest children, girls ages 8 and 9. They both have learning difficulties so it's not easy.
just want to commend you on your fine efforts and hope your husband is recovering nicely.
