I'm joining an
exercise challenge to help me keep moving. The goal is 400 minutes of exercise in the month of June. I have been logging my exercise, but never stop to add it all up. But I did miss a couple weeks in May by doctor's orders. Getting a little sore from my Bender Ball workout today, but it's a good kind of sore. ;-)

400 minutes of exercise -- help get me a calculator! I can't figure out how much that works out per day but I think it sounds like a heck of a lot!
Good luck with that challenge!

I am convinced that exercise is the key to this whole weight loss ting. Good for you!
Good luck on your challenge! How is the Bender Ball? I have seen the commercials & have considered getting one. One more thing .. I have found fabric in the same pretty pink of the gown you made. I am going to save it to make something special for formal night on my cruise in Dec. I hope it looks as good on me as it did on you!
What a great goal you've set! Just imagine how much more energy you'll have to enjoy life by the end of June. :-)
You go, girl!
Welcome to the challenge! I've added you to the side bar. The exercises for June will be posted tomorrow.
I have a Bender Ball but I lost my DVD so now I just have a ball :(. I wish they would sell the DVD alone for super cheap. Have you found that it works? I only got to do it like 3 times before I lost the DVD.
I wish you all the best with your health and good luck on your weight loss journey :)
I'm gonna have to check out that challenge!
I love that moved your muscles in a good way soreness.
What a great goal! Adding it all up like that is something you can really measure and be proud of. I think I may do something like that, too.
I love the "good kind of sore" that you mentioned!!
Good luck with your exercise challenge! I like what someone once told me--the best exercise is the one you will do. Exercise can really be fun.
I'm going to do the challenge also. Good luck to us all.
I haven't heard of this ball....I'll have to do some searching into it. Although, I do have to admit that I've become a gym junkie.....if I don't get to the gym, I really feel like my day is OFF all day. Never would have imagined that would ever happen to me.
Oh, and I'm with Lora regarding exercise being key.....maybe exercise isn't a generator of weight loss as much as diet is, but I think it's critical for health and the state of my mind.
