Roni posted an awesome message today about using the word ONLY.

How many of you said "I only lost xx this week."???? Go read Roni's post! :-D

What a great post, thank you so much for pointing it out. I think I'm overly guilty of just that.

great post! No one else is going to do it for us, we gotta toot our own horn! So much harder to do then to say though...thanks for the reminder!

I try to leave that word out, but it definitely has a way of creeping back in. It's also dangerous when you're using only as an excuse. Well, it was only one extra dessert, etc! Interesting thought.

Thanks for the Bfast advice. I know that you are right and I usually have an egg or some whole wheat toast but lately it’s been tough. I am working so hard I look up and its lunch time. I will do better! Thanks again.
And I am totally feeling Roni on this one...great post!

I actually had to go back and read my posts to see if I ever used the word "only" in any of my weekly progress reports. I am thrilled to say that I have not used the word "only" at all since beginning my new healthy lifestyle adventure.

Thanks for sharing this! I love Roni as well. I agree we need to celebrate our achievements no matter how small.
