3/21 End of Day 2

2nd day of cleanse and I'm so hungry! Gotta get to bed so I can eat when I wake up.

Breakfast: 4oz Cleanse for Life drink
Snack: almonds
Lunch: 4oz Cleanse for Life
Snack: apple
Dinner: 4oz Cleanse for Life
Snack: almonds
11pm: 4oz Cleanse for Life
Snack: peanuts (needed a bit of a changeup!) :-)
Lots more than eight 8oz glasses of water
Light exercise: Ultimate Abs ball workout, weights
