Down another pound today after two days of the cleanse. I figure eating normally may put some right back on, but we'll see. Loss since last Tuesday is 1.4lb.
Breakfast: Cheerios with fresh strawberries and sugar, 1/3c granola, V-8 Fusion
Lunch: chili with ground turkey, a few Ritz crackers, yogurt with choc chips.
Need to go to the store and get some apples and bananas.
