Oops, forgot to do this last night. Yesterday was pretty much the same kind of shake day. Weight has stabilized at 193.2. Last night I just couldn't bring myself to drink another shake. It was too late and I already felt bloated so I had some applesauce and a handful of almonds and cashews, plus some Dark Chocolate M&M's. What can I say, I'm pms'ing. :-P
This morning's weight was the same. Have been drinking water and need to make a shake now. In the morning ones, I've been adding frozen blueberries and strawberries instead of ice.
