Day 3 Same weight today
Not sure this is good for my heart issues. Just getting dressed and taking my measurements, my heart rate got over 150. Probably not good for me to get no salt for 2 days!
That shake tasted SOOOO GOOD this morning! :-D

Sunny, no,I really don't like my cardiologist! :-P Thankfully with the shake days, there are two snacks and one 400-600 meal where I can add salty stuff.
Lynda, this really isn't bad. Just 2 shakes a day, 2 snacks and a healthy lunch is totally doable. I just added some frozen blueberries and strawberries to the dinner shake instead of ice. My sister adds peanut butter, but I don't want to do that for the initial program. want to get maximum weight loss out of it! Just 11 days. I would NOT want to do the 30 day one.

You've got WAY more willpower than me -- I tried a "shake diet" last summer and only lasted 2 days!! =(
