Sunny, no,I really don't like my cardiologist! :-P Thankfully with the shake days, there are two snacks and one 400-600 meal where I can add salty stuff. Lynda, this really isn't bad. Just 2 shakes a day, 2 snacks and a healthy lunch is totally doable. I just added some frozen blueberries and strawberries to the dinner shake instead of ice. My sister adds peanut butter, but I don't want to do that for the initial program. want to get maximum weight loss out of it! Just 11 days. I would NOT want to do the 30 day one.
