3/23 End of Day report

Weight was up a bit this morning. I figure there could be a couple of reasons for that and neither worries me! :-)

Did everything as yesterday. Except "lunch" was Mexican chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots and yogurt. (I will confess to a couple of small cheats, nothing major.)

Did the Ultimate Abs Ball workout and 30 minutes on the mini-tramp.
