Healthy You Check in

I'm up a pound from last week, but I'm not going to worry about it. I've been really active; walking 6x and lifting weights 3x a week. I spent this morning in bed with a migraine trying to avoid throwing up. I'm hoping I'll be up for a ballroom dance lesson tonight. It's intermediate cha-cha. One of our favorites!

did you make it to dance? And I didn't realize you got migraines that bad. at what age did Mom's start?

You are doing awesome with the exercise & activities -- don't mind the weight at all!!
