Friday Exercise Challenge Check-In

Got in 302 min of cardio this week by exercising 6 days, took Sunday off. Did the Bender Ball buns & thighs strength training 3x, 2 of them adding arms.

I am a new gal blogging ..doingThe Healthy Challenge 7 its great to see all of the folks talkinhg on there results & such.I too have boosted my workouts so I should see great results this week .I AM A SLUG at weight loss. Metabolism is shot.
